Train and car
From E6 Åsen you can take county road 753 to Frosta via Åsenfjord. From E6 Skogn you take county road 61 via Ekne.
If you arrive by train to Åsen station, you can book ATB shuttle service to and from Frosta. Follow the instructions on ATB's booking pages.
Guest harbor for boats
Coming to Frosta by sea is a great way to experience the pearl of the Trondheim Fjord. Surrounded by sea around large parts of the peninsula, this invites activities and experiences in close contact with the wet element.
Frosta has a marina with guest berths in Småland that are well sheltered from the elements.
